![]() ![]() | ![]() Static clouds reeled in collision-
Abandoned, malleable, naive submission,
Trees on mountains tossed their foliage,
Blithe celebrations flung to valleys,
Rivers rode like Valkyrie-
Dramatic, wild, exuberantly;
While burial grounds that should have been
Staged corroborees supreme;
A farming family on the land-
A waking, sighing, murmuring land,
Saw freed, exulted Wind by Bird
Rush to sky with song unheard,
Witnessed them return together,
Dropping to the boy together,
Brushed his cheek to thank his vision;
All bar one thought it an illusion,
Seeing skyward ninety dragons-
Non transitory, mighty dragons. | ![]() ![]() |
